• <H2>      Unsung heros, Emmett as well as other linemen, were routinely called upon for perilous duty to rapidly fix a problem, such as a live 60,000 volt downed power line, which was a danger to the public.  He had many potentially fatal close calls before the one that changed his life for the better.
